Available Positions
Program Coordinator
1 PositionQualification
Master’s degree in Public Health or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall project planning and implementation.
- Coordinate with local governments and stakeholders.
- Prepare work plans, reports and progress updates.
- Supervise project staff and ensure quality delivery.
Program Officer / Technical Lead
1 PositionQualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for MNCH, nutrition and WASH activities.
- Support training and capacity building.
- Coordinate with health facilities and municipalities.
- Monitor technical quality of program activities.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
1 PositionQualification
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Science or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring and evaluation systems.
- Collect, verify and analyze project data.
- Prepare regular monitoring reports.
- Maintain project database and HMIS records.
Admin & Finance Officer
1 PositionQualification
Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Handle procurement and office administration.
- Support audit and compliance processes.
Field Supervisor
5 PositionsQualification
PCL Nursing or Health Assistant qualification.
Responsibilities
- Supervise field-level project activities.
- Support health and nutrition interventions.
- Coordinate with community mobilizers.
- Prepare field reports.
Community Mobilizer
10 PositionsQualification
ANM, AHW, PCL or equivalent qualification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct community awareness activities.
- Mobilize local communities and groups.
- Support household visits and follow-up.
- Assist in record keeping and reporting.
Program Assistant
1 PositionQualification
Relevant academic qualification and experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support program and administrative tasks.
- Maintain documentation and records.
- Assist in meetings, training and logistics.
- Support communication and reporting.
